Requirements and Deadline for Filing for Candidacy

The next election for Bastrop County Water Control and Improvement District No. 3 will be held on November 8, 2022.

The first day to file an application for a place on the ballot is July 23, 2022. The last day to file an application for a place on the ballot is August 22, 2022 at 5:00 PM.   The last day to file a declaration of write-in candidacy is August 26, 2022.  Additional election deadlines can be found on the Texas Secretary of State website:  https://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/voter/important-election-dates.shtml
