District Profile
Bastrop County Water Control and Improvement District No. 3 was created by an order of the Commissioner’s Court of Bastrop County, Texas on August 25, 1985 and confirmed by the electorate of the District at a confirmation election on July 25, 1986. The District currently includes around 210 homes.
